Back in Amsterdam! ??
Two days of traveling, SO two days of vlogging! A lot of delays but luckily no problems. ? Happy to be back!
Saying goodbye is always hard.
I have to say that I'm more emotional about leaving than I thought I would be... ?? Coco felt that, I think. She didn't leave me today and wanted to be with me all the time! #toocute I got so many presents and I don't know how to take them back home... But hopefully I will manage that. Enjoy the vlog because it's almost the last one

Too much classes + no privacy = stress. But I don't know how I can still feel and act okay about that... ? I only have 2 more days left to spend with Coco and she's the cutest. ??? I think that helps A LOT! Anastassia is in Andy's family and my story repeats itself... Andy doesn't want to learn English 3.0 (Megan, me and now Anastasia...) We'll see how that works out. #plottwist I made it a long day again, but I wanted to be with everybody as long as possible, and that worked out! #LOVEIT
My last school day! I got the sweetest present (I will show it in one of my last vlogs ??)
We ate dinner together after Chinese language class and making Chinese lanterns... but the best thing today was: PINK SKIES! ????? Followed by a light show on the buildings here... China is SO pretty! #loveit
Today was my day off, as Coco expected. (The mom told her to not play with me on tuesday, so she didn't?)
I went back to the mall I found the other day and really enjoyed walking around, drinking something and facetiming my family and friends back home. Doedeke joined me for dinner: SUSHI! And we talked the night away. It's 01:26 right now and I just came home. Excuse me ?. Only 4 more vlogs and it's over... Are you as ready as I am?
I think I can add 'professional babysitter' to my skills on LinkedIn after this trip.
Today I started to pack my suitcase (actually I never unpacked it, since there is no space for me...) and realized that I already fly home coming Saturday night. #party So when I uploaded all my videos on my computer (vlogging = full storage), I also started cutting colored papers into CONFETTI!
Today started with a plottwist as ever.
I was told that I couldn't join Coco to Beijing opera classes since they are located in a government building where only Chinese people can go into... So I decided not to join the family at all today. I had a meet up in an amazing mall... Oh! Why is love China so much! After the meet up I came home for dinner, to teach Coco how to swim and for a lot of FaceTime calls. ?????
In exactly a week i'll be on my way back to Amsterdam.
Like Sakura is now. Today Coco had English classes again, word of the day was: FIGHTING. Not agressive at all, right? ?? The mom came back and gave Coco more homework as a 'well-hello-I-am-back'-present. Soooooo... And there was a plottwist ofcourse. Enjoy, like I did! ???????
China keeps surprising me and I learn, see and experience SO many new things every day.
Today was the last time Sakura and I could go for coffee together in Hangzhou. (For now, lucky for me she's Dutch) ????? It was a 'normal' day for Coco, the green scooter and me. Just us and classes. ? And a little me-time, so I could watch interesting documentaries about China and learn for my HSK.
Today the hot weather made me SO tired, again. ?
But we made it to the westlake at night! Pretty! Hope your ears and your head will still be fine after the first musical shots I took today as well... |
